Dinner at the Western Regional - YUM

The food this year really is fabulous! Serving starts right after judging. The aromas will drive everyone crazy! You can still go out to dinner other nights of their stay in Carmel. Treat your handlers to dinner! (it's cheaper than a dinner in Carmel, too!) And you don't need to go anywhere----- it will be right there on site.

Menu

Classic Caesar salad
Greek rice sald with Kalamatias and Feta
Spicy Asia noodles with Snow Peas and bok choy
Garlic and rosemary focaccia bread

From the grill:
Fabulous colorful grilled vegetables
Mesquite-grilled chicken breasts
Grilled Salmon fillets
Marinated sliced Tri-Tip of beef
Garlic sourdough bread

Dessert bar:
Home-baked cookies, brownies, bars

And you don't have to make any entree choices! Try all!

$30 per person.

To reserve, you can either send payment with your show entry, or send reservations/payment to:

PO Box 6272
c/o Brodrick
Salinas, CA 93912-6272
